I’m Kirstyn Pearl, a New England–based contractor. Before stepping fully into construction, I spent over a decade in the corporate world working at multi-billion-dollar companies, managing global real estate operations, development, and complex portfolios. I eventually received an MBA and held leadership roles as VP of Real Estate Development and CFO. Precision, timelines, accountability, and execution weren’t optional, they were everything.

My love for home renovation started early. I would come home from school to find my mom under a sink, rewiring outlets, or completely covered in dirt digging a new patio – she was always in the middle of a project. She taught me so much of what I know about this industry, in addition to how to problem-solve, work hard, and take pride in doing things the right way.
